Over the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to study with extraordinary teachers, launch hundreds of products, interview some of the world’s leading thinkers, and work with thousands of people seeking more purpose, clarity, and fulfillment.
Despite the diversity of those experiences, I’ve found myself returning to the same question: What actually helps people create lasting transformation?
The answer is NOT more information.
We live in a world with unlimited access to knowledge, yet many people feel more disconnected than ever from themselves, from one another, and from nature. We’ve become skilled at managing our calendars and achieving a limited external type of success, but many of us have lost touch with the deeper rhythms that make life meaningful.
This realization is what inspired me to create the Inner Technology Institute | Inner Knowing School.
I believe every human being is born with an extraordinary inner technology: the capacity for intuition, self-awareness, creativity, resilience, and conscious choice.
These aren’t gifts reserved for a select few. They are natural human capacities that can be cultivated, just as we strengthen our physical body or develop a new skill.
My work has always been about helping people remember what is already within them. Product marketing taught me to recognize patterns in markets. Evolutionary astrology taught me to recognize patterns in life cycles. Kundalini Yoga taught me to recognize patterns in consciousness. Intuition has taught me that beneath all of these disciplines lies the same essential capacity: the ability to perceive meaningful patterns and respond to life with greater awareness.
That is why our focus is not on telling people what to think. It is on helping them learn how to perceive.
At the Institute, we explore intuition, breathwork, nervous system regulation, Natural Law, consciousness, leadership, and embodied practices because they all point toward the same outcome: helping people cultivate coherence and live from a place of greater sovereignty.
To me, sovereignty isn’t about control or independence. It’s the ability to make decisions that arise from clarity rather than conditioning, from inner knowing rather than fear, and from alignment rather than obligation.
When our perception changes, our decisions change.
And when our decisions change, our lives—and ultimately our communities—begin to change as well.
I believe intuition and the ability to perceive clearly will become one of the most essential human capacities of our time.
